A lovely book. Brilliant with great activities to calmyou down and get to know yourself a bit better.
This is a great little book. It leads you gently by the hand, literally, showing you how to re connect with the child in you when first starting to draw. Some great exercises in how to let go of judging what you put on the paper and allow yourself to be in the moment and let your creative juices flow. The author shows how from her own experience and experiments on paper she allowed herself to connect with her deeper self.

A beautiful, encouraging guide to being in the moment. I have to admit I'm one of those people who needs a push to get started with my drawing, and this book was just what I needed. It emphasises the idea of just doing it, and ignoring that inner critic who tells you you're no good.
Wish I’d had this years ago. Your book has already affected my approach to drawing in the best way.
This book, it's bloody brilliant thank you! A breath of fresh air and music to my soul! I've recently started an art course and it's totally uninspired! But fortunately I bought this book at the same time which counter balances the monotony of the course!
I don't draw - or rather, I didn't! Wendy Ann's book gently guides you and encourages - and suddenly, I was doodling and it felt fine. A very peaceful, reflective book.
I’m truly absolutely loving your book! It’s reawakened my love for drawing so much. One of the best non fiction I’ve ever read. Such a beautiful fusion of heartfelt theory mixed with practical exercises.
